About Mr. Nixter

My name is Nick Stankus and I love to take photos.

I am your typical camera gadget junky. I shoot with a Canon 7D and I have a few lenses with me in my Timbuk2 H.A.L. Backpack. My fulltime lens is a Canon EF 24-70mm f/2.8L USM but when I need to get up close and personal I pull out my Canon EF 70-200mm f/4 L IS USM. I do have two other fun lenes, one is my "Nifty-50" (Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 II) which is a great low light and portrait lens and my Canon EF 17-40mm f/4L USM Ultra Wide Angle which is great for getting either a entire landscape or getting right up in the face of your subject.
